PrimeNet needed to find ways to increase inquiry rates for the franchise owners at Huntington Learning Centers. Huntington was providing postcards with stagnant messaging. Response rates were low and turn time was slow.
A plan to provide true targeted mail pieces
PrimeNet devised a plan to create true targeted mail pieces going to the right people. We refined new list selections and sources, created new designs to match list selects and defined variable targeted messaging. Then we began pulling lists by age and gender of the child present at each address. Postcards were created and printed with variable pictures to match the age and gender. Copy was written to address the “son” or “daughter” at the residence.
The result: greatly increased response rates
As a result PrimeNet acquires targeted lists, creates postcards, and digitally prints them according to list selection. PrimeNet has greatly increased response rates and has been able to increase Huntington Learning Center’s cost effectiveness of mail campaigns.
